Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We deliver within 50 miles of Jacksonville, FL. Our deliveries are timely and careful — no beat-up doors tossed off the back of a truck. We handle each order like it’s going to our own home.

Will your doors meet building codes?

Yes, but please contact your local building code organization first to see what those codes are. Then let us know the specific code requirements before ordering so we can verify your order will comply. We are unable to accept returns because of building codes we were not informed of.

Does Norwood Supply install doors?

Although we do not offer door installation, we can recommend quality third party installers other customers have used. Norwood Supply is not responsible for the work of third party companies.

Returns Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- A valid receipt is required for all returns.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Warranty:
- All products are fully warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claims.

PREHUNG VS SLAB DOOR

Prehung refers to doors already mounted in a jamb or door frame. A door slab describes an unmounted single door.
